Hi guys I’m Airport CEO Alpha 33.50-0 download and welcome to my opinionated facts at a view of a port CEO this game is absolutely amazing it is an airport simulator game in which you plan build manage a fairly complex Airport system it’s got elements that would be very similar to for those similar look.Feel for those that have played some Airport but it is tremendously much more complex those elements that are gonna be similar or something like the flight scheduling you know this kind of thing you would have seen in a port at some Airport but it is so much more complex you really plan.Manage absolutely everything from your check-in to your security to your standard range mints.Your flight scheduling you’ve got both the option of commercial flights. We’ll get when it gets day you’ll see some flights coming from a commercial airlines to general aviation just people parking .Refueling you plan on your taxiways complex arrangements to get taxiways to work.Reduce the conflict between between aircrafts you’ve got the land side aspect of a row of people coming to be dropped off using the bus.

So on you’ve got your stuff to be managed the various types of stuff categories that you require this is really a lot we’ve got a port Airport CEO Alpha 33.50-0 download of security janitors service technicians ramp agents franchisee DAF CF o CI o CRO .The rest of the board kind of board members the Big B guns you’ve got obviously baggage handling a very complex baggage handling system this one doesn’t look too complex let’s go up here it doesn’t look that complex but it is quite complex it’s got scanners and different types of scanners Airport CEO Alpha 33.50-0 update download.

I haven’t even got through everything yet if I have a quick look over here there are a variety of things baggage handling service conveyor belts types of swirl tilt rice generic bag scan.Specific baggage scanners baggage scanning stations shop upgrades food franchise refueling services really a complex and deep game you could really have to plan out everything we’ve got people hanging around over here we’ve got people coming to check-in for flights so it’s starting to get early morning so people are starting to check in for the early morning flights going going through chicken and three security. So on okay so really really it’s it’s very detailed very complex but in a good way absolutely in a good way.

So what’s good about this game it’s deep and complex and you can really plan .Manage almost every aspect of it you can say whether of this airport this security station overhears for passengers only you build a queue you link it to various or well it’s linked to various stands this one over here is for employees only so you have to even deal with the complexity of making sure that your staff can get from the secure zone to the non secure zone you’ve got various areas in terms of secure staff bathroom food shops baggage claim areas etc lots of lots to manage there so really really you can really manage almost every aspect how we manage with with bags how we do refuelling all of those kind of things really really really really beep okay it is very challenging but it is also very addictive I just love it off since the launch of this game I have not been able to put it down.I’ve just been constantly seeing ok how am I gonna improve this how am I gonna improve that now I’m gonna get more flight schedule let’s see when our first flights gonna start to arrive we’re gonna see some flights that iving really soon when when how am I gonna get this to work all this the travel distance to this runway is a problem the interaction on the taxiway over here is a problem how can I improve that how can i it’s just a constant it’s just so addictive I just want to keep keep improving things mod support seems to be in the cards.Though you might might think that ok.

Ao once you’ve built an airport.,it works what do you do from there apart from the fact that it’s taken me all of I don’t know 10 hours to get to this point where I am over here on this game you might be thinking well so once you’ve build it.It works what’s gonna go for where are you gonna go from there well mod support seems to be on the cards the Airport CEO Alpha 33.50-0 igg games are very passionate.Active about it I see so much potential this game can go into so many directions you can go into kind of large commercial flights you can do waste transfer services can we manage a transfer Airport where you transfer from one flight to another can you Airport CEO Alpha 33.50-0 fitgirl repack on your own airline is that’s something that we can can add to this I disguise really the limit here where’s the lounges can we build some lounges well this just I can’t even think of everything but the sky is really the limit too in terms of the world of airports so really I am I’m quite quite keen on on seeing where it goes – and once mod support comes in that would just be great. Then what’s next many many many many many hours of gameplay is already available in its current form its early access and there’s still many elements that’s not quite there so if I go to this flight planner right and let’s say we want to reschedule this bad boy I can’t reschedule that because this is not been developed yet but I mean so there’s small little things that’s not there yet but the promise of all that is there.I think we’ll we’re gonna see lots of that okay I think we’re gonna have a flight coming any time now we’ll keep an eye out for it so definitely it’s already in its current shape and form it’s got many hours of gameplay I’m nowhere close to finished with this Airport so I believe we’ll still see many many hours more before this Airport is done in my mind if it can ever be done so definitely many hours of gameplay already available so definitely worth the price it is on Steam for at the moment I think it’s sixteen dollars or something like that so definitely uh we had a plan big plan coming in here okay so then yeah then there is also the promise of big data while I haven’t yet seen it in the game right there’s obviously budgets.

Things like that we’ve got loans that we can work with and what else do we have over here contracts we’ve got various contracts we can procure various things. One of the things you can procure over here is the trial scanner which is haven’t get done longing for more data more inside the system if you trial scanner allows you to track in the review in the real time where the targeted persons has been docket ravel document scanner so are we gonna actually see Immigration and Customs. Those kind of services being added I just can’t wait to see where that goes then there’s this thing about mind reader where you can see more over the needs of your people to kind of get the writing.Let me put it over here so there’s an airport the writing of 75% passengers are 100% happy but airlines are not quite happy yet.I’m not sure if this is fully implemented yet but certainly airlines and general aviation happiness we need to obviously see what I require. So on the economy this is just part of the loans. The contracts you’ve got stuff you’ve got operations various types of services that you offer.Don’t offer you can see the scheduling lights. So on I mean various schedules that you can do you can manage job tasks construction all of those kind of things you can do they’ve got some tutorials in there which is kind of basic but it but it works okay so let’s see how these guys are disembarking over here there you go big aircraft just come in and it’s disembarking so yeah lots of data I believe available I have a get to I’m yet to kind of look for some more data. I want to see some more.

I mean how many flights but however how many you know what are the service times those kind of things. I’m hoping that’s in there there’s a promise of big data but we’ll definitely see the Dave’s definitely deem it to be very important .So we’ll see how that goes but definitely the promise is there so what is bad about this game to be honest nothing really I don’t think there’s anything that is really bad about this game I don’t can’t think of much it has it’s got a steep learning curve right so if so that’s different it’s going to take you time to be able to do this but I don’t need to see Lee see. That it really is being bad some people might think it is bad. Then there are still there are still a few bugs in this game that can be quite frustrating vehicle poor thing is is a bit frustrating at the moment you can’t do a one-way operation these guys get stuck from time to time I think I’ve got it sorted in this Airport but it is it is it’s a challenge at the moment then I’ve got this guys this guy stuck on the stand for days now not leaving so that’s a bug all the other stands work it’s just this one over here.I think that’s got to do with some kind of bug in the baggage claim system or baggage loading system so your baggage operation is underway here.

I think that blind got stuck in some kind of glitch of baggage operation. Now it’s there so they are still bugs that all can be very frustrating. The other thing is the baggage the baggage system oh look at that look at that look at that this one scan didn’t clear security didn’t clear security and annihilated bag. I light it very cool very quirky very funny but yeah so the the baggage claim system is quite quite challenging and buggy also still but I believe they will sort all of that out nothing none of that is even in the in the in the update that came just a few hours of the release there was major improvements in the baggage claim and the baggage managing system so definitely very good and I’m not thinking the bad is gonna be bad for very long okay so the verdict it is really a superb superb simulation game if you are the kind of person that loves tycoon games this is an absolutely must have go get it now support the devs get this game now you will love it you will spend hours playing it you you will lose a lot of time in your life playing this game it is absolutely superb one of the base tycoon games I’ve ever seen well thought out lots of detail . just can’t wait to see where it goes so yeah and I think it is absolutely great value for money on top of that so guys that’s been my review of airport CEO if you have any questions leave them in the comments below I’ve played many many hours and I’ve dealt with many little things so if you have any questions please leave them down below I will try.

The Co-insurance Clause

The Co-insurance Clause
The Co-insurance Clause

Of the more important clauses in current use, the one most frequently used, most severely criticized, most mis¬ understood, most legislated against, and withal the most reasonable and most equitable, is that which in general terms is known as the “co-insurance clause.”
Insurance is one of the great necessities of our business, social and economic life, and the expense of maintaining it should be distributed among the property owners of the country as equitably as it is humanly possible so to do.
Losses and expenses are paid out of premiums col¬ lected. When a loss is total the penalty for underinsurance falls where it properly belongs, on the insured who has elected to save premium and assume a portion of the risk himself, and the same penalty for underinsurance should by contract be made to apply in case of partial loss as applies automatically in case of total loss.
If all losses were total, liberality on the part of the insured in the payment of premium would bring its own reward, and parsimony would bring its own penalty; but the records of the leading companies show that of all the losses sustained, about 65%—numerically—are less than $100; about 30% are between $100 and total; and about 5% are total. The natural inclination, therefore, on the part of the public, particularly on the less hazardous risks, is to under¬ insure and take the chance of not having a total loss; and this will generally be done except under special conditions, or when reasonably full insurance must be carried to sustain credit or as collateral security for loans. There were several strik¬ ing illustrations of this in the San Francisco conflagration, where the amount of insurance carried on so-called fireproof buildings was less than 10% of their value, and the insured in such instances, of course, paid a heavy penalty for their neglect to carry adequate insurance.
Co-insurance operates only in case of partial loss, where both the insurance carried and the loss sustained are less than the prescribed percentage named in the clause, and has the effect of preventing one who has insured for a small percentage of value and paid a correspondingly small pre¬ mium from collecting as much in the event of loss as one who has insured for a large percentage of value and paid a correspondingly large premium. We have high authority for the principle,
“He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”
and it should be applied to contracts of insurance. Rating systems may come, and rating systems may go; but, unless the principle of co-insurance be recognized and universally applied, there can be no equitable division of the insurance burden, and the existing inequalities will go on forever. The principle is so well established in some countries that the general foreign form of policy issued by the London offices for use therein contains the full co-insurance clause in the printed conditions.
The necessity for co-insurance as an equalizer of rates was quite forcibly illustrated by a prominent underwriter in an ad¬ dress delivered several years ago, in the following example involving two buildings of superior construction:
“A’S” BUILDING “B’S” BUILDING
Value $100,000 Value $100,000
Insurance 80,000 Insurance 10,000
Rate 1% Rate 1%
Premium received— Premium received—
one year, 800 one year, 100
No Co-insurance Clause No Co-insurance Clause
Loss 800 Loss 800
Loss Collectible 800 Loss Collectible 800
“B” pays only one-eighth as much premium as “A,” yet both collect the same amount of loss, and in the absence of co-insurance conditions both would collect the same amount in all instances where the loss is $10,000 or less. Of course, if the loss should exceed $10,000, “A” would reap his reward, and “B” would pay his penalty. This situation clearly calls either for a difference in rate in favor of “A” or for a difference in loss collection as against “B,” and the latter can be regulated only through the medium of a co-insurance condition in the policy.
At this point it may not be amiss incidentally to inquire why the owner of a building which is heavily encumbered, whose policies are payable to a mortgagee (particularly a junior encumbrancer) under a mortgagee clause, and where subrogation may be of little or no value, should have the benefit of the same rate as the owner of another building of similar construction with similar occupancy, but unencum¬ bered.
In some states rates are made with and without co- insurance conditions, quite a material reduction in the basis rate being allowed for the insertion of the 80% clause in the policy, and a further reduction for the use of the 90% and 100% clauses. This, however, does not go far enough, and any variation in rate should be graded according to the co-insurance percentage named in the clause, and this gradation should not be restricted, as it is, to 80%, 90% or 100%, if the principle of equalization is to be maintained.
Various clauses designed to give practical effect to the co-insurance principle have been in use in this country for nearly forty years in connection with fire and other contracts of insurance. Some of these are well adapted to the purpose intended, while others fail to accomplish said purpose under certain conditions; but, fortunately, incidents of this nature are not of frequent occurrence.
There are, generally speaking, four forms, which differ quite materially in phraseology, and sometimes differ in prac¬ tical application. These four clauses are: (1) the old co- insurance clause; (2) the percentage co-insurance clause; (3) the average clause; (4) the reduced rate contribution clause.
Until recently, underwriters were complacently using some of these titles indiscriminately in certain portions of the country, under the assumption that the clauses, although differently phrased, were in effect the same, but they were subjected to quite a rude awakening by a decision which was handed down about a year ago by the Tennessee Court of Civic Appeals. The law in Tennessee permits the use of the three-fourths value clause and the co-insurance clause, but permits no other restrictive provisions. The form in use bore the inscription “Co-insurance Clause,” but the context was the phraseology of the reduced rate contribution clause, and although the result was the same under the operation of either, the court held that the form used was not the co- insurance clause, hence it was void and consequently inop¬ erative. Thompson vs. Concordia Fire Ins. Co. (Tenn. 1919) 215 S.W. Rep. 932, 55 Ins. Law Journal 122.
The law of Georgia provides that all insurance companies shall pay the full amount of loss sustained up to the amount of insurance expressed in the policy, and that all stipulations in such policies to the contrary shall be null and void. The law further provides that when the insured has several policies on the same property, his recovery from any company will be pro rata as to the amount thereof.
About twenty years ago, the Supreipe Court of Georgia was called upon to decide whether under the law referred to the old co-insurance clause then in use, which provided
“that the assured shall at all times maintain a total insurance upon the property insured by this policy of not less than 75% of the actual cash value thereof . . . . and that failing to do so, the assured shall
become a co-insurer to the extent of the deficiency,”
was valid and enforceable, and it decided that the clause was not violative of the law. Pekor vs. Fireman’s Fund Ins. Co. (1898) (106 Ga. page 1)

The Co-insurance Clause
The Co-insurance Clause
The court evidently construed the clause as a binding agreement on the part of the insured to secure insurance up to a certain percentage of value, and virtually held that if the insured himself desired to take the place of another insurance company he was at liberty to do so as one way of fulfilling his agreement.

The Georgia courts, however, have not passed upon the validity of the reduced rate contribution clause in connection with the statutory law above referred to; but it is fair to assume that they will view the matter in the same light as the Tennessee court (supra), and hold that it is not a co-insurance clause, even though it generally produces the same result; that it contains no provision whatever requiring the insured to carry or procure a stated amount of insurance, and in event of failure, to become a co-insurer, but that it is simply a clause placing a limitation upon the insurer’s liability, which is expressly prohibited by statute. The fact that the insurers have labeled it “75% Co-insurance Clause” does not make it such.
It is, therefore, not at all surprising that the question is frequently asked as to the difference between the various forms of so-called co-insurance clauses, and these will be considered in the order in which, chronologically, they came into use.
Probably in ninety-nine cases out of one hundred there is no difference* between these clauses in the results obtained by their application, but cases occasionally arise where ac¬ cording to the generally accepted interpretation the difference will be quite pronounced. This difference, which will be hereinafter considered, appears in connecton with the old co-insurance clause and the percentage co-insurance clause, and only in cases where the policies are nonconcurrent.
The first of the four forms is the old co-insurance clause which for many years was the only one used in the West, and which is used there still, to some extent, and now quite generally in the South. Its reintroduction in the South was probably due to the Tennessee decision, to which reference has been made (supra). This clause provides that the insured shall maintain insurance on the property described in the policy to the extent of at least a stated percentage (usually 80%) of the actual cash value thereof, and failing so to do, shall to the extent of such deficit bear his, her or their pro¬ portion of any loss. It does not say that he shall maintain insurance on all of the property, and the prevailing opinion is that the co-insurance clause will be complied with if he carries the stipulated percentage of insurance either on all or on any part of the property described, notwithstanding the fact that a portion of said insurance may be of no assist¬ ance whatever to the blanket, or more general policy, as a contributing factor.
