Survival Camp Review ,Walkthrough and Gameplay

What’s up guys my name is ESO and welcome back to the Survival Camp free download PC game, where we review creation club content so you can decide whether or not you want to spend your hard-earned cash on this content or not I’ve also got a playlist linked down below in the description where you can find all my reviews of the other stuff on the creative Club if you guys are interested but for .Now we’re going to look at the camping mod to start off with make Survival Camp igg games that much more accommodating with this cozy movable campsite complete with an area for sleeping a campfire for warmth and some cooking and also a new fast travel map marker I guess wherever you place your campsite so we don’t accidentally lose our campsite like we always lose Lydia now before we get into this.

I just want to go over to gameplay and show you this survival mode I’ve already done a complete review and analysis of survival mode and exactly how it works but in my opinion this camping mod belongs in the survival mode Survival Camp ocean of games .If one wasn’t ready before the other they should have waited and released them together as one thing I feel like camping is a core mechanic that belongs in the survival mode survival mode is $5.00 and camping is free dollars so it’s going to cost you seven dollars for what I think is a complete survival mode package and they should just be in one in my opinion and you might be thinking well ear so what happens Survival Camp torrent.

I don’t want survival mode but I just want to camp or to be honest you can still download it and then turn survival mode off I think that’s what people are looking for from the creation Club they want completes packages with everything you expect a survival mode to be and that should include camping now it’s worth noting before we get into this that there is already a free camping mod on the ps4 and the Xbox one originally the issue was that the campfire in these mods did not warm you up on survival mode but there’s actually a free mod that fixes this.Anyway either way now we have Bethesda’s version of the camping mod right so let’s go ahead and craft or camp site camping supply so it has a weight or nine it requires free firewood and two leather do you want to create yes okay so I’ve got a tent Survival Camp fitgirl repack.

I guess I’m gonna set up my tent in the middle of white room come Lydia build campsite here okay yes oh okay so it’s going black and there’s actually an animation for us building the camp site slightly the camp site allows you to rest and stay warm while exploring the wilderness you can cook a limited number of mirrors actually this looks retarded let’s go outside and do this again so of course as you do you find the perfect picturesque location to pitch your campsite this is actually the Survival Camp pc download retreat there’s a little guy just chilling out down there by the rocks on his own it’s a little bit suicidal I’m not sure.

But anyway I’m gonna put my camp site where do I want it I want to put it just here on the rocks actually so let’s get our camp site out now actually made a few of these build camp site here yes it actually uses it up once you use it which is quite an interesting mechanic because it means you actually have to carry around a few of them with you okay so here we are my camp site is built and oh my god it looks so good right now with this view of Solitude so what do we have here we have a crate a sideways crate that we can sit on okay now sadly there’s not actually one for my follower it’s just me and usually you know most people bring followers with them there’s a campfire and there’s also obviously a shelter I can sleep I can break the camp Survival Camp fitgirl repack.

I can cancel it’s quite cool that they have a map here though that’s quite a nice touch though I mean you know I don’t the textures around this campsite are a bit kind of like sharp on me cut off it doesn’t look very polished in a sense though the way this sits on the ground is pretty cool. I like that so the campfire here let’s use this and I can actually cook food here which is very useful for survival mode sadly though. I cannot cook soups because we don’t have a pot above our campfire it’s a bit disappointing they didn’t include the pot because soups are Survival Camp free download so valuable in survival mode but I guess you know you need to prepare that before you head out so obviously I can sleep here and I mean there’s a campsite isn’t it it’s very simple what you get for free dollars I mean you get one dollar per object.

I guess and you can also break the camp which obviously removes it are you sure you want to break the camp yes actually no I don’t want to do that yeah let’s have a look on the map so you can see I have a campsite location just here what I want to try and do is build a campsite in another location and see if the previous campsite disappears Lydia is really excited about this camp sigh oh my god okay so we’ve got two campsites now and as you can see I can fast travel to this campsite and I can also fast travel back to my old campsite.Oh no icon is disappeared okay so if you build a new campsite your old one will just disappear.

I thought I’d be able to fast travel between them okay you can’t do that so another thing I can do is break the camp if you guys look right now I have two camping supplies left if I break this yes all that happens is I basically destroy my own campsite the guy’s disappeared I already know why they had that fade to black animation and I only have two left see you so these are actually consumable camp supplies you use it and then it just disappears we’re just kind of like not accurate to how it would be in real life really if you had a camping supply so you actually have to think about this when you go out adventuring you have to go and make your own camp maybe bring two campsites with you before you head off so you can actually stop along the way and maybe cook some food Survival Camp free download.

I mean it’s a cool idea and I like it because you can’t fast travel in survival mode but the thing is this is definitely for survival mode I mean unless you’re role-playing you’re never actually going to use it in the normal vanilla Skyrim game I don’t think unless you just want to have a permanent campsite in a cool location that you can fast travel to at the top of a mountain or something but apart from that I don’t think you’d ever use it which is why I think it’s really important that this should have just been a part of survival mode in the beginning I don’t think it’s bad or anything I just think why not include it in survival mode you know so one last thing I’m gonna try is going into a cave and seeing if we can camp inside the cave oh wow that side dodged there what is this troll ridiculous dodging skills okay so I can wait here I’m just gonna put my camp site on right here in this cave you cannot build camp sites while indoors okay so even in a long dungeon you can’t like sell camp in the dungeon and you know sleep and eat and so on I just want to double-check if you could do that.

I think it would be kind of cool if you could so my closing thoughts on the camp site mod you can get better versions of this for free and I have made a video already which I suggest you guys check out but because it’s the top 10 best survival mods for the ultimate survival experience this camp site mod isn’t bad I just think there are better things for paying money for it.I also think it should have been included in the original survival mode now let’s take a look at the four dollar adventurers backpack. Now this one was actually made by fading signal who is quite well known on Nexus don’t head off into the wilderness without your adventurers backpack craft 16 variations with assorted effects right and there is indeed a whole different variety of backpacks you can make with smort I’m actually quite excited for this one I know the fool out version of this mod added little boost your character so I’m quite interested to see how this works and what it’s like I’m going to use the blacksmithing station outside my new house mod I actually reviewed this one yesterday it’s actually pretty cool I liked it a lot so here we go blacksmithing I assume is going to be a miscellanea adventurers backpack which increases my carrying capacity by 75 points.

It increases my stamina by 20 points and we also have a same version it’s just got a bedroll underneath it I don’t know what the bedrug does apart from costing one more leather and looking a bit cooler I will look if it has any purpose in a moment there’s also a dark leather backpack a fine leather backpack each one has a version with a bedroll a fur backpack this looks pretty spicy actually and a hunter’s backpack which has a hag Ravens head a water bottle a torch dagger and a rope there everything you need for hunting and it also makes bows do 10% more damage which sounds like the best kind of backpack to be honest the lantern is a free mod I haven’t stole not part of this mod a just a normal leather backpack ok the mage backpack this one looks pretty fancy as well and it gives us another 20 points of Survival Camp free download the thief’s backpack which kit makes lock-picking 15% easier okay well I think the mage backpack is obviously the best if you’re a mage and then the hunter backpack is easily the best of you’re using a bow and then you have the adventurer backpack if you want that extra 20 stamina because you’re playing a warrior.

I’m gonna go with the hunter backpack and it’s gonna give me 75 more carrying capacity which is again really useful in survival mode so the bedroll doesn’t actually do anything it clips through my bow which is kind of annoying those forgivable I mean it looks cool doesn’t it I mean I’ve actually got a mod that changes where my arrows are but even if they were in the normal place it would look a bit weird maybe .

I’m not sure I guess it’s okay it’s just a backpack mod the thing is there are other backpack mods that are as cool as this one and they’re free so that’s the thing it’s hard to recommend it though this one is very complete in that it has lots of different backpacks that also give you more stats as well I think the issue is always going to be you have things like the hearth fire downloadable content and right now you can get that for literally around five or six dollars and then you have this backpack and it’s four dollars and it’s kind of like how can you sort of compare the value for money there and that’s what people are doing and I think that’s why you know this just isn’t going to work unless they make it more valuable for example why not have all of the unique weapons from oblivion like have a mod pack which is just all of the unique swords from oblivion and all of the unique bows from oblivion as a separate one and then make that into something people will buy that you know .

The Co-insurance Clause

The Co-insurance Clause
The Co-insurance Clause

Of the more important clauses in current use, the one most frequently used, most severely criticized, most mis¬ understood, most legislated against, and withal the most reasonable and most equitable, is that which in general terms is known as the “co-insurance clause.”
Insurance is one of the great necessities of our business, social and economic life, and the expense of maintaining it should be distributed among the property owners of the country as equitably as it is humanly possible so to do.
Losses and expenses are paid out of premiums col¬ lected. When a loss is total the penalty for underinsurance falls where it properly belongs, on the insured who has elected to save premium and assume a portion of the risk himself, and the same penalty for underinsurance should by contract be made to apply in case of partial loss as applies automatically in case of total loss.
If all losses were total, liberality on the part of the insured in the payment of premium would bring its own reward, and parsimony would bring its own penalty; but the records of the leading companies show that of all the losses sustained, about 65%—numerically—are less than $100; about 30% are between $100 and total; and about 5% are total. The natural inclination, therefore, on the part of the public, particularly on the less hazardous risks, is to under¬ insure and take the chance of not having a total loss; and this will generally be done except under special conditions, or when reasonably full insurance must be carried to sustain credit or as collateral security for loans. There were several strik¬ ing illustrations of this in the San Francisco conflagration, where the amount of insurance carried on so-called fireproof buildings was less than 10% of their value, and the insured in such instances, of course, paid a heavy penalty for their neglect to carry adequate insurance.
Co-insurance operates only in case of partial loss, where both the insurance carried and the loss sustained are less than the prescribed percentage named in the clause, and has the effect of preventing one who has insured for a small percentage of value and paid a correspondingly small pre¬ mium from collecting as much in the event of loss as one who has insured for a large percentage of value and paid a correspondingly large premium. We have high authority for the principle,
“He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”
and it should be applied to contracts of insurance. Rating systems may come, and rating systems may go; but, unless the principle of co-insurance be recognized and universally applied, there can be no equitable division of the insurance burden, and the existing inequalities will go on forever. The principle is so well established in some countries that the general foreign form of policy issued by the London offices for use therein contains the full co-insurance clause in the printed conditions.
The necessity for co-insurance as an equalizer of rates was quite forcibly illustrated by a prominent underwriter in an ad¬ dress delivered several years ago, in the following example involving two buildings of superior construction:
“A’S” BUILDING “B’S” BUILDING
Value $100,000 Value $100,000
Insurance 80,000 Insurance 10,000
Rate 1% Rate 1%
Premium received— Premium received—
one year, 800 one year, 100
No Co-insurance Clause No Co-insurance Clause
Loss 800 Loss 800
Loss Collectible 800 Loss Collectible 800
“B” pays only one-eighth as much premium as “A,” yet both collect the same amount of loss, and in the absence of co-insurance conditions both would collect the same amount in all instances where the loss is $10,000 or less. Of course, if the loss should exceed $10,000, “A” would reap his reward, and “B” would pay his penalty. This situation clearly calls either for a difference in rate in favor of “A” or for a difference in loss collection as against “B,” and the latter can be regulated only through the medium of a co-insurance condition in the policy.
At this point it may not be amiss incidentally to inquire why the owner of a building which is heavily encumbered, whose policies are payable to a mortgagee (particularly a junior encumbrancer) under a mortgagee clause, and where subrogation may be of little or no value, should have the benefit of the same rate as the owner of another building of similar construction with similar occupancy, but unencum¬ bered.
In some states rates are made with and without co- insurance conditions, quite a material reduction in the basis rate being allowed for the insertion of the 80% clause in the policy, and a further reduction for the use of the 90% and 100% clauses. This, however, does not go far enough, and any variation in rate should be graded according to the co-insurance percentage named in the clause, and this gradation should not be restricted, as it is, to 80%, 90% or 100%, if the principle of equalization is to be maintained.
Various clauses designed to give practical effect to the co-insurance principle have been in use in this country for nearly forty years in connection with fire and other contracts of insurance. Some of these are well adapted to the purpose intended, while others fail to accomplish said purpose under certain conditions; but, fortunately, incidents of this nature are not of frequent occurrence.
There are, generally speaking, four forms, which differ quite materially in phraseology, and sometimes differ in prac¬ tical application. These four clauses are: (1) the old co- insurance clause; (2) the percentage co-insurance clause; (3) the average clause; (4) the reduced rate contribution clause.
Until recently, underwriters were complacently using some of these titles indiscriminately in certain portions of the country, under the assumption that the clauses, although differently phrased, were in effect the same, but they were subjected to quite a rude awakening by a decision which was handed down about a year ago by the Tennessee Court of Civic Appeals. The law in Tennessee permits the use of the three-fourths value clause and the co-insurance clause, but permits no other restrictive provisions. The form in use bore the inscription “Co-insurance Clause,” but the context was the phraseology of the reduced rate contribution clause, and although the result was the same under the operation of either, the court held that the form used was not the co- insurance clause, hence it was void and consequently inop¬ erative. Thompson vs. Concordia Fire Ins. Co. (Tenn. 1919) 215 S.W. Rep. 932, 55 Ins. Law Journal 122.
The law of Georgia provides that all insurance companies shall pay the full amount of loss sustained up to the amount of insurance expressed in the policy, and that all stipulations in such policies to the contrary shall be null and void. The law further provides that when the insured has several policies on the same property, his recovery from any company will be pro rata as to the amount thereof.
About twenty years ago, the Supreipe Court of Georgia was called upon to decide whether under the law referred to the old co-insurance clause then in use, which provided
“that the assured shall at all times maintain a total insurance upon the property insured by this policy of not less than 75% of the actual cash value thereof . . . . and that failing to do so, the assured shall
become a co-insurer to the extent of the deficiency,”
was valid and enforceable, and it decided that the clause was not violative of the law. Pekor vs. Fireman’s Fund Ins. Co. (1898) (106 Ga. page 1)

The Co-insurance Clause
The Co-insurance Clause
The court evidently construed the clause as a binding agreement on the part of the insured to secure insurance up to a certain percentage of value, and virtually held that if the insured himself desired to take the place of another insurance company he was at liberty to do so as one way of fulfilling his agreement.

The Georgia courts, however, have not passed upon the validity of the reduced rate contribution clause in connection with the statutory law above referred to; but it is fair to assume that they will view the matter in the same light as the Tennessee court (supra), and hold that it is not a co-insurance clause, even though it generally produces the same result; that it contains no provision whatever requiring the insured to carry or procure a stated amount of insurance, and in event of failure, to become a co-insurer, but that it is simply a clause placing a limitation upon the insurer’s liability, which is expressly prohibited by statute. The fact that the insurers have labeled it “75% Co-insurance Clause” does not make it such.
It is, therefore, not at all surprising that the question is frequently asked as to the difference between the various forms of so-called co-insurance clauses, and these will be considered in the order in which, chronologically, they came into use.
Probably in ninety-nine cases out of one hundred there is no difference* between these clauses in the results obtained by their application, but cases occasionally arise where ac¬ cording to the generally accepted interpretation the difference will be quite pronounced. This difference, which will be hereinafter considered, appears in connecton with the old co-insurance clause and the percentage co-insurance clause, and only in cases where the policies are nonconcurrent.
The first of the four forms is the old co-insurance clause which for many years was the only one used in the West, and which is used there still, to some extent, and now quite generally in the South. Its reintroduction in the South was probably due to the Tennessee decision, to which reference has been made (supra). This clause provides that the insured shall maintain insurance on the property described in the policy to the extent of at least a stated percentage (usually 80%) of the actual cash value thereof, and failing so to do, shall to the extent of such deficit bear his, her or their pro¬ portion of any loss. It does not say that he shall maintain insurance on all of the property, and the prevailing opinion is that the co-insurance clause will be complied with if he carries the stipulated percentage of insurance either on all or on any part of the property described, notwithstanding the fact that a portion of said insurance may be of no assist¬ ance whatever to the blanket, or more general policy, as a contributing factor.
